FlashForge Hunter is a professional DLP (Digital Light Processing) 3D printer that can print any 3D model in extreme detail. It can perform high-precision tasks such as jewelery and biological tissue modeling with an ultra-high resolution of up to 12.5um (12.5 micrometer).

Photopolymer resin is used as a printing material for the Hunter DLP 3D printer. Because it can 3D print an entire 3D model layer at a time, the print time is usually shorter than with SLA 3D printers. Smooth surfaces are obtained with algorithms such as gray compensation, distortion correction, light intensity control and light homogeneity on the product!

Compatible with third party resins:

The FlashForge Hunter DLP 3D Printer is compatible with 3rd party 3D printing resins (see image below), so users have more possibilities to try different resin types such as castable resin, hard resin, biocompatible resin. Based on this feature, the Hunter 3D printer is preferred for finely detailed engineering prototypes, castable ring models or medical model productions!




Self-developed Light Engine:

The FlashForge Hunter DLP 3D printer uses an advanced Full HD 1080p resolution light engine, which can provide more stable LED intensity and better print quality. This light generator can set specific wavelengths (405nm LED) for 3D printing and also provides closed-loop control. Printing parameters can also be set on the built-in slicing software! The user can set the printing parameters according to the resin type. Layer thickness can be adjusted as 0.025mm/0.050mm/user values. With this fine adjustment on the product, it produces the best result for the printing process (See the figure below).
Linear Motion Guide Actuator

The industrial Z-axis LM guide actuator module can produce micron-accurate prints to achieve a smoother print surface (See figure below).

Aluminium Vat & FEB Film

You can easily remove the vat when changing resin material to avoid wastage of material! The durable aluminum resin vat is maintenance-free. The long-lasting FEP chamber film (transparent part in the picture below) can be easily replaced (See the figure below).
Building Platform

The printing plate can be changed quickly and calibration is not required. This guarantees a shorter printing time and easier post-printing operations (See the figure below).

Touch Screen

The Hunter touchscreen is easy to use and has been designed with user needs in mind (See the figure below).



Advanced Electronic Infrastructure

The advanced architecture of the motherboard and the uniquely designed light engine work in perfect harmony. Dual-core 800MHz ARM processor provides high performance and better user experience.



Advanced Printing Algorithms and Working Parameters

The light intensity uniform distribution algorithm on the light engine, provides a uniform light distribution for different projections. The anti-distortion algorithm, on the other hand, ensures that the shapes are created without deviating due to their dimensions. Again, the gray compensation on the product creates smooth surface formations. In addition, the fast and normal printing modes allow you to control the printing times (See the figures below).
