FlashForge Adventurer 4: With A Nozzle Changeable in 3 Sec & Leveling-free
FOne of Flashforge's latest printers with the goal of a very easy-to-use and powerful 3D printer for home school and office users: Adventurer 4 (AD4). FlashForge AD4 has following features:
o Using a larger filament spool (1kg) from its closed chamber,
o Protecting the user against harmful substances and bad odors in indoor environments with HEPA 13 filter
o Ability to resume printing after power outage
o Built-in camera
o Larger print volume (220 x 200 x 250 mm).However, the most striking features of the product are the nozzle structure with rapid heating (max 265℃ hot-end), reaching 200℃ in just 60 seconds. In addition, this structure has 3 different extruders (0.3/0.4/0.6mm) that can be changed in just 3 seconds depending on the printing requirement via the clips on the sides (must be supplied separately)! There is no need to use a tool during this process and maintenance costs are considerably reduced thanks to the easy operation!
Another important feature is that the platform infrastructure created with precision cutting and super thin plates calibrates itself in a few keys and gives a perfect first layer output (leveling-free). Thus, the difference between any two parts of the whole structure is at most 15mm.
Other Features of FlashForge Adventurer 4
Magnetic, removable print platform: The created models can be separated from the plate within 5 seconds by gently bending the platen.
Isolated Printing Process: The printing process in FF AD4 takes place in a completely closed printing room and the HEPA H13 filter filters 99% of the TVOC dust formed inside and the bad smell of the active carbon filter!
The AD4 filaments are 1kg and are held in the filament cabinet.
The Adventurer 4 excels in 3D printing with ABS, PLA, PC, PETG, PLA-CF, PETG-CF and other materials. Except for Flashforge brand, eSUN, ColorFabb etc. It is also compatible with third-party filaments.
All forms of continuous operation on this printer:
When the system is energized again after a power failure, you can continue printing from where you left off. All you have to do is press "Yes" on the screen!
In addition, after you transfer your model to the device via usb or ethernet, the model is memorized by Adventurer 4 and printing continues even if the internet is cut off or taken from the usb stick slot!
You can also go to pause and change the printing parameters at any time!With the FF AD4 you have many functions to monitor and control your printing status:
