You can replace the ZMorph Thick Paste Extruder, which is compatible with Zmorph FAB's replaceable head system, in a very short time. Zmorph FAB will automatically recognize ZMorph Thick Paste Extruder.

After the ZMorph Thick Paste Extruder tube is filled with mashed silicone, porcelain, food chocolate, dough, soft cheese, pudding or different fruit purees, it prints 2D models and simple 3D models with great results. Imagine the ornaments you can create in your building work or the food shapes you can create in your kitchen using these materials!

Here are some points to consider when printing with soft materials:

- Materials in paste / puree consistency should be hard enough to easily come out of the nozzle tip with piston pressure and should not be so fluid that flow control is lost.

- You can change the filament diameter in the Voxelizer before printing, lower numbers mean more pressure on the piston! For food, the appropriate value may be 10-15mm.

- Up to 6 layers are recommended for ingredients such as Nutella, while the number of layers can be up to 20 for pate ingredients.

-  The printing speed should be adjusted to 1mm/s and the melt mass should be observed, then the printing speed can be increased.

- Path Width (molten material width) can be adjusted from 1mm to 5mm; wider piston means more pressure.
